What we built
A referral intelligence platform for a multi-location specialty medical practice. Four disconnected data sources (a spreadsheet tracker, call-center reports, a field-visit app, and the EMR) become one warehouse, and a nightly scoring model tells the field liaison exactly which referring doctors to visit this week
- Four automated ingestion pipelines with identity resolution across spreadsheet, call-center, field-visit, and EMR feeds
- Nightly 0-100 physician scoring model across volume, recency, procedure value, visit history, proximity, and growth
- Weekly ranked target list and AI-generated monthly strategic briefing for the liaison team
- Referral activity, liaison ROI, physician intelligence, and strategic outlook dashboards, light and dark
- Three-role access control enforced at Cognito, API, and Postgres row-level security, with immutable PHI audit logging
- HIPAA build on AWS: encrypted at rest and in transit, US-only residency, MFA on every account
- In-app weekly entry form and quarantine queue for unmatched rows
