A referral intelligence platform for a multi-location specialty medical practice. Four disconnected data sources (a spreadsheet tracker, call-center reports, a field-visit app, and the EMR) become one warehouse, and a nightly scoring model tells the field liaison exactly which referring doctors to visit this week
