Will AI replace my job?
The better question is whether you were doing the part of the job AI cannot do, which is taking on the risk of an outcome. If you were, AI makes you faster. If you were not, AI was never the real problem
Everyone has the same AI tools now, so the tools are not the advantage. What is still rare is someone willing to own the outcome
The three types, the tools for each and a test that sorts your own work
When everyone has the same AI tools, the tools stop being an advantage. What stays rare is a person willing to own the outcome: to decide, commit, and take the cost if it goes wrong. A model can give you an answer, but it cannot stand behind it.

It cannot be wrong in a way that costs it anything. When its answer fails, your time and your reputation with your client pay for it
Being the person who says run it, and who answers for what happens next. That has always been the real job in a business
The same idea in a short video. It plays here, and nothing loads until you press play
Everyone believes AI tools are an advantage, and they are. They are also owned by everybody. When something is that widely available, its worth as an edge shrinks. Your competitor has the same models, the same prompts and the same tutorials you do.
Something stranger than intelligence: the willingness to own an outcome. A model can produce an answer exactly the way you asked for it. It cannot sign off on it, and it cannot lose a client over it. It cannot be wrong in a way that costs it time or reputation.
So the value is moving to the person who signs off. The one ready to decide, commit, and absorb whatever happens next. That has always been the real job in a business. AI has just made it obvious.
That is the career advice that holds up in the AI age, and it fits in one sentence. Every tool your competitor uses, you can use too. What they cannot copy is someone who will put their name on the result and answer for it.
It works the same way in code. When AI writes something and it turns out to be wrong, the person who shipped it answers for it, and we learned that one the uncomfortable way.
This is the idea Blinkz is built on. When we check, build or rescue an app, an engineer reads it, fixes it, tests it, and puts their name on it. If you have an app that real people depend on, an App Check is the place to start.
